Cottonee evolves into Whimsicott.To evolve Cottonee into Whimsicott, you need to give them a Sun Stone, a relatively common evolution item. This item can be found throughout the Terarium in The Indigo Disk as a random spawn on the ground in the form of sparkling spots. If you don't want to rely on luck, it can be purchased from the Blueberry Academy's School Store for 250 Blueberry Points, which are earned by completing miscellaneous tasks in the Terarium.
